Return Policy

Give and take. Our love and lot more:

  • Please let us know your reasons for returns and/or exchange requirements within 5 days of receiving the order.
  • We will gladly accept returns of garments that do not fit correctly and exchange them for the correct size depending on availability and within 5 working days of order delivery.
  • If you are not happy with the fit or if the garment has any manufacturing defects, we will credit your original payment method after we receive it from you.
  • We are unable to exchange or refund used, laundered or customer damaged goods.
  • Please place the unused, unwashed garments in the original packaging to send it to us.
  • The cost of delivery for returns/refunds is not refundable, but we will gladly cover the cost of delivering replacement items to you if it's within India.
  • To start your return process, you can notify us through email us at contact@morikoorganic.com and we'll help you out.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for exchanges/refunds to be processed once we receive them.
  • We will keep you updated on the status of your exchange/refund.

Change of mind or change of style:
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please send us an email at contact@morikoorganic.com within 24 hours and we will work it out.

Missing Packages:
Please do make sure you fill in your correct address when placing an order from us. We cannot accept responsibility for the incorrect address being used with your order. Send us an email if your garments do not reach you and we will get in touch with our logistics partner to locate your package. It would be best to have your items delivered to your workplace, if, there is no one present at home, for a secure delivery during the day.
